With the record setting cold blast last week. It kept them VERY busy, I'm guessing. I called Wednesday morning and had a service guy at 5:30. I have NO problem with that. The only issue I have is why a Co. this size DOESN'T take Amex!? Maybe a new Credit processing Co.? May I suggest "Square" I have it for my business same fees as other credit cards.
